When global clients like Walt Disney, and Primark wanted our Founder & CEO Mr Rajasekaran to expand his textile business by establishing new factories, he experienced 1st hand the challenges an Indian entrepreneur would face. Aggregating disparate land parcels, dealing with the red-tape, buttoning up the financing, building a factory ground up without any engineering experience, managing operations post go-live was not cut out for everyone & more importantly took away the bandwidth from growth.
